Jarosław Jurczak is a Board Member at WAWA Group, a Warsaw-based holding company operating in the sports, entertainment, lifestyle and IT sectors. He is also the CFO and Vice-President of the Management Board at Legia Warszawa, Poland’s leading football club and multi-sport organization.

He is an experienced executive specializing in investments, corporate and project finance, governance, and international transactions, with a particular focus on Poland and Central Europe.

His background includes senior roles at Radwan Investments and at the largest family offices in the country, managing cross-border M&A and overseeing investment portfolios. He also worked for international law firm, and advised the Minister of National Defence.

Jarosław Jurczak holds degrees in Law, International Business and International Relations, and was a Visiting Scholar in Law & Economics at the University of California, Berkeley.
