Before joining LEA, Joachim worked for more than 10 years for various companies in different roles in fundraising and investor relations - most recently for the investment bank Houlihan Lokey and before that for Edmond de Rothschild.

Prior to this, he was responsible for Group M&A and company valuation following an internal trainee program in LBBW's investment management.
