Jocelyn Pidoux

Jocelyn joined iCapital in 2021 and currently serves as Managing Director, Head of Asset Manager Solutions EMEA, based in Zurich. In this role, she is responsible for business development and client management activities with U.S. and European Asset Managers and General Partners across the EMEA region. Previously, Jocelyn was Managing Director, International Product Development and Structuring, where she developed iCapital’s product offering and led a fund structuring team, to facilitate investment from the global wealth channel into private markets funds.

Prior to joining iCapital, Jocelyn had significant experience working as a structurer and funds lawyer with global alternative asset managers. She was the sole Europe-based structuring specialist at Apollo Management, where she developed the firm’s European fund structuring capability and structured transactions across multiple asset classes and jurisdictions. Before joining Apollo, Jocelyn was Counsel at Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison in London, and prior to that, an associate at Simpson, Thacher & Bartlett in both New York, and London, specializing in private funds.

Jocelyn is admitted to the New York Bar and holds a JD from NYU School of Law, an MPhil from Cambridge University, and a BA from George Washington University.
