Johanna Lottmann is a Partner and European Head of PJT Park Hill’s Private Capital Solutions Group, based in London.
Ms. Lottmann has spent almost two decades in secondaries, having worked in Lazard’s private capital advisory business prior to joining PJT in 2020. During her career she has advised sponsors on some of the most innovative and complex GP-led deals in Europe, plus worked with many of the largest limited partners globally on liquidity solutions for their alternative investment portfolios.

Ms. Lottmann started her career in Lazard’s TMT and Industrials teams in London, following completion of her Master in International Finance from University of Westminster.
