Joost Notenboom joined Omnes in September 2023 as a Director, leading the sustainability strategy of the firm and the further integration of ESG aspects in its investment processes and practices. Joost began his career in 2012 in sustainability services at KPMG in Amsterdam, and went on to join EY in Sydney in 2015. He then moved to manage the group climate change program at Commonwealth Bank of Australia, before returning to his native Netherlands in 2019 to join a.s.r. asset management as a Senior Advisor Responsible Investments. Joost holds a Bachelor of Arts from the University of Westminster (London) and a double Master of Science in Global Business & Sustainability from Rotterdam School of Management and Tel Aviv University. He sits on the impact committee at Innovation Industries and co-founded Cycle for Water; a global initiative to raise awareness for sustainable development.
