Kathleen Bacon joined HarbourVest in 1994 and transitioned to Senior Advisory in 2019. While at HarbourVest she managed the European primary business, participated on the Global Investment Committee and chaired the ESG committee. In 2020, Kathleen joined the Investment Committee of Greater Share , a PE fund of funds where the underlying investment proceeds are donated to global charities operating in the educational sectors. Kathleen is also a board member of Lightrock Capital Partnes, a growth stage fund based in London, and is the Chair of the Advisory Council for the Women's Prize for Playwriting.
