Kay Olschewski is a Managing Partner at Convero, a Swiss-based private markets advisory firm focused on primary fundraising, secondary advisory, and direct co-investments in the lower mid-market.

Prior to founding Convero, he worked at Mercer Private Markets in Zurich and Unigestion in Geneva, where he was involved in fund investments, secondary transactions, and investor coverage across the DACH region.

At Convero, he advises private equity managers and investors across the full lifecycle of capital raising and liquidity solutions. His work includes primary fundraising for emerging and established managers, advising on secondary transactions, and capital raising for independent sponsor-led investments.

Kay holds a Master of Science (MSc) in Finance from EDHEC Business School and a degree in Electrical Engineering from Baden-Wuerttemberg Cooperative State University (DHBW).
