Laura Schroeder joined KKR in 2021 and is leading private equity investments in the German-speaking region, amongst others, Contabo. Prior to joining KKR, Ms. Schroeder was a principal at Advent International where she spent 9 years focusing on investments in the consumer and industrial space. She started her career at 3i Group in 2011. Ms. Schroeder holds an MA in Banking and Finance from the University of St. Gallen in Switzerland and is founding member of Level 20 Germany, a not for profit organization dedicated to improving gender diversity in the European private equity industry.
