Leif leads healthcare investing at GENUI, a European mid-market buyout investor that applies a Good Entrepreneurship model together with currently 30 exceptionally successful founders and entrepreneurs. Good Health represents one of the firm's three core investment pillars alongside Digitalisation and Environmental Transformation. He brings 15 years of finance and investment experience across the full deal cycle. Prior to joining GENUI, Leif served as Director at IK Partners and Capvis, where he held various board roles. Leif holds a Master's degree from the London School of Economics and a Bachelor's degree from the University of St. Gallen.
