Leonardo Giammarioli is a seasoned international executive in the sports and marketing industry, currently serving as Chief Global Business Officer at SSC Napoli, where he oversees the club's global business operations, including Sponsorship, Merchandising, Digital Products, and Academies. He leads strategic initiatives such as the launch of a fully integrated digital ecosystem, the club's membership program, and the development of international football academies.

Prior to joining SSC Napoli, Leonardo served as Head of Internationalization at Bayer 04 Leverkusen, where he was responsible for expanding the club's global awareness and media presence through CSR initiatives, international academies, and high-impact digital activations.

Leonardo spent more than six years at NIVEA MEN as Senior Global Sponsorship Manager, managing major football partnerships with Real Madrid, Liverpool FC, and Paris Saint-Germain. During this period, he received international recognition for innovative sponsorship activation campaigns.

Earlier in his career, he held leadership roles at SPORTFIVE, AS Roma, Qatar Sports Investments, and Nielsen Sport (Sport+Markt), leading strategic partnership negotiations, international brand activations, and stakeholder engagement projects across Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Fluent in Italian, English, German, Spanish, and French, Leonardo has lived and worked in Germany, Italy, Belgium, and Qatar, and currently splits his time between Rome and Naples.

A unique achievement in his career is having contributed to two historic league-winning campaigns in consecutive years: the 2023–24 Bundesliga title with Bayer 04 Leverkusen and the 2024–25 Serie A title with SSC Napoli
