Manuel Hertweck is Chairman of the Investment Committee at capiton AG and has served as Managing Partner from 2013 to 2025. Before joining capiton as an Investment Director in 2006 he worked for a publicly listed merchant banking group where he actively acquired and developed private equity investments in mid-market cap companies.

Prior to this, Manuel Hertweck spent several years in strategy consulting in London and Paris. He holds a B.A. cum laude from Hamilton College, USA
