Manuel Hertweck is Managing Partner of capiton, which he joined in 2006 from a publicly listed merchant-banking group. Prior to this, he gained significant operational experience as a Member of the Board of Strato Medien AG, one of German’s leading web hosting businesses. Mr. Hertweck started his career with Mars & Co, the international strategy firm, in London and Paris.

Mr. Hertweck holds a B.A. cum laude from Hamilton College, where he graduated in 1990. He held the position of Chairman of the Board for two capiton portfolio companies, nora systems GmbH and Schur Flexibles GmbH and Vice Chairman of Prefere Resins. From 2015 until 2018 he was also a member of Invest Europe’s Mid-Market Council.
