Mark is the co-founder and Chief Operating Officer at Pemberton. He chairs Pemberton’s Management Committee and is a board member of Pemberton Asset Management S.A. and Pemberton Capital Advisors LLP.

Mark was previously the lead portfolio manager for Pemberton’s Mid-Market Debt strategy from inception in 2014 until 2021 and subsequently led Pemberton’s Working Capital Finance strategy before becoming Chief Operating Officer in 2023.

He has over 30 years’ experience in credit markets and was formerly a Managing Director at RBS between 2003 and 2010, where his responsibilities included RBS’ principal finance and FI securitisation businesses in Europe.

Mark holds a BSc (Hons) in Economics with Statistics from the University of Bristol.
