Matthew Czyzyk is a senior partner in the Business Restructuring practice of Ropes & Gray in London. Matt has extensive experience acting for debtors, sponsors, credit funds and alternative capital providers. He has advised on cross-border transactions across the credit spectrum, including financial restructurings, capital solutions, and distressed and recovery situations.

Matt regularly authors and co-authors thought leadership articles and commentary in relation to industry, legislative and market developments.

Admitted in England & Wales, Matt completed the Legal Practice Course and Graduate Diploma in Law at Nottingham Law School, and holds an MA Hons from the University of Oxford.
