Mattis Poetter is a Partner and Co-CIO of Arcmont Asset Management. Mattis was previously a Partner at BlueBay’s Private Debt group where he worked from 2018.

Prior to BlueBay, Mattis was a Director in the Private Credit team of HPS Investment Partners, formerly Highbridge Principal Strategies. Before that, Mattis spent seven years in the European Leveraged Finance team of J.P. Morgan focusing on German LBOs. Mattis has extensive experience in sourcing, analysing and structuring investments and has a wide network of client relationships.

He received a degree in Business Administration from the Vienna University of Economics in 2007.
