Michael Halford is a partner in Goodwin’s private equity investment funds group. His practice focuses on private equity funds, infrastructure funds and real estate funds for institutional and private investors. His advice to clients covers a wide range of funds, incentive schemes and co-investment arrangements and he is a frequent writer and speaker on private equity, infrastructure and real estate funds. He joined Goodwin in January 2017, along with six other partners who formed the bulk of the market-leading and former SJ Berwin private investment funds group.
