Michael Wieczorek is the Head of EMEA Secondary Advisory at UBS Investment Bank in London. Michael brings over 20 years of experience in private markets, specialising in secondary transactions, structured liquidity solutions and complex recapitalisation transactions.

Before joining UBS, Michael was a Managing Director at DC Advisory, where he founded and led the European GP-led secondary advisory platform, advising financial sponsors and limited partners on a wide range of liquidity, continuation vehicles and structured solutions.

Prior to DC Advisory, Michael was a Partner at Elm Capital and earlier a Principal at Cebile Capital, where he was part of the core secondary advisory team executing transactions across private equity and real assets.

Michael began his career with Macquarie Group and HSBC, working across London, Hong Kong, Singapore and the Middle East, giving him a global perspective on capital markets and investor solutions.
