Mirwan Suwarso
President at Como 1907
Panellist

Profile

Mirwan Suwarso is President of Como 1907, the Italian football club based on Lake Como that returned to Serie A in 2024. He leads the club’s strategic and commercial development, with a focus on building Como into a modern football business anchored in sporting ambition, global brand growth, and diversified revenue streams.

Under Suwarso’s leadership, Como is positioning itself as a premier lifestyle destination where sport, culture, luxury, and tourism converge. With the global appeal of Lake Como as a foundation, the club is building a broader business model that extends beyond football, combining premium matchday experiences, fashion-led retail, hospitality, media, and tourism to deepen fan engagement and create long-term commercial value.

Suwarso leads Como’s Multi-Club Servicing (MCS) strategy, using the club as a research-and-development platform to create capabilities that can scale beyond Como and generate new commercial opportunities for sports organizations globally. SENT Retail, Como’s retail affiliate, executes the MCS model in the retail space, including through RHUDE 4 FANS (R4F), a fashion-led fanwear platform for global sports partners. Alongside SENT Retail, SENT Digital advances the MCS strategy through scalable technology capabilities across ticketing, sports club management, and athlete nutrition platforms.

Suwarso has played a central role in Como’s development since SENT Entertainment’s 2019 acquisition of the club. His background spans advertising, entertainment, sports media, and OTT, including leadership roles at Saatchi & Saatchi, MSP Entertainment, and Super Soccer TV.
