Nathalie Sadler advises on the structuring, establishment, management, marketing and restructuring of private funds (as well as separately managed accounts and co-investment structures) in a range of onshore and offshore jurisdictions. Her practice covers a range of asset classes, including private debt, private equity and real estate, as well as strategies with an ESG focus. She also has experience of structuring and launching hedge funds and evergreen vehicles.

Ms. Sadler also assists with various management and advisory matters for managers. In particular, she has experience of structuring and launching global employee co-investment structures as well as the implementation of carried interest and other incentive schemes. Ms. Sadler also advises on general corporate, regulatory and compliance matters.

Ms. Sadler was named as a Private Equity Rising Star by Law.com and a Legal Rising Star 2023 by Private Funds CFO. Ms. Sadler is also listed in The Legal 500, UK 2024 for private funds, noting that she has been “knowledgeable; very responsive and diligent; quickly gets to the heart of the issue”.

Ms. Sadler joined Dechert as a trainee and qualified in 2013.
