Neil is Chairman of Turkven, the leading Turkey-dedicated growth and buyout group, a Senior Adviser and Non-Executive Director with Capitalworks, a multi-emerging markets alternatives firm, Chairman of Zamo Capital, an impact investment firm, a Senior Adviser to the Boston Consulting Group on Private Equity and investment topics, and sits on several other private equity related Boards and multi-asset class Investment Committees. He has 35 years of professional experience. Previously he was Managing Director and Chief Investment Officer of Morgan Stanley AIP Private Markets, a ~$12bn global private markets fund, co-investment, and secondaries business. Prior to this, he was a Partner at McKinsey & Company providing consulting services to corporate and private equity clients on strategy, performance improvement, mergers and acquisitions and corporate finance. Neil received an M.A. from the University of Edinburgh and an M.B.A. in Finance and Strategy from the University of Chicago.
