Nicola Goll is the Head of Americas as well as a Senior Portfolio Manager for Private Equity of the newly formed Unified Global Alternatives (UGA) division since January 2025. In her role, Nicola is responsible for and oversees Private Equity research, origination and investment selection across the Americas region on behalf of UBS’ Wealth Management and Asset Management clients and acts as portfolio manager for separate accounts.

Previously, Nicola was a portfolio manager and Head of Americas for Private Equity within UBS Asset Management, responsible for sourcing and executing on primary, secondary and co-investment opportunities across the region. Nicola joined the UBS Private Markets Investment Team in 2016.

She started her career in 2013 at the London-based secondary and co-investment specialist Keyhaven Capital Partners.
