Partner, Head of Capital Markets at Inflexion

Philip is a Partner and member of the Investment Committee. He leads the firm’s Capital Markets team with responsibility for debt financing strategy and lender relationships; and has overseen well in excess of 70 financings across the portfolio.

Prior to this, Philip spent 10 years investing across all sectors having invested in Alcumus, Kynetec, Lane Clark & Peacock, Marston, Cape.io, Scott Dunn, Vivona Brands and Xtrac. He was also heavily involved in the raising of Inflexion’s 2016 Enterprise Fund IV and Supplemental Fund IV, as well as the raising of the 2012 Co-Investment Fund. Philip started his career in PwC’s corporate finance team. From there he moved to Gleacher Shacklock, a corporate finance boutique, before joining Inflexion in 2010.

He is a chartered accountant and holds a degree in Industrial Economics from the University of Nottingham.
