Pål Ristvedt is a Partner on the Secondary team and Co-Chair of the Secondary Investment Committee. He is also a member of Lexington’s ESG Steering Committee. P?l is responsible for the management of Lexington’s London office covering the EMEA region and sourcing, evaluating, and negotiating secondary opportunities including partnership and GP-led transactions.

Pål joined Lexington as a vice president in 2001, prior to which he was the CFO of an internet venture in the construction industry. Prior to that, he worked in investment banking at Morgan Stanley. P?l graduated from the University of California (Berkeley) with a BS in Business Administration and from INSEAD, France with an MBA.
