Pranav Sood joined Bain Capital in 2024. He is an Operating Partner on the Tech Opportunities team, partnering with management teams to drive growth and value creation initiatives.

Prior to joining Bain Capital, Pranav was a member of the executive team at Airwallex, a multi-billion dollar VC-backed payments and financial platform for global businesses. During his tenure at Airwallex, Pranav built the firm’s EMEA business and established its global Marketing function. Before Airwallex, Pranav was part of the leadership team at GoCardless (a Bain Capital Ventures portfolio company), most recently running its SME business globally.

Pranav spent the first 5 years of his career at Bain & Company, working in the Strategy, Customer Strategy and Private Equity practices across the firm’s London, Mumbai and Melbourne offices.
