Rachel Matharu is a Managing Director on the Investor Relations team primarily focused on Lexington’s fundraising activities and managing relationships with investors and advisors in Europe. Rachel joined Lexington in 2024 from Cinven, where she was a Managing Director on the investor relations and fundraising team. Prior to that, she was a Director at AnaCap Financial Partners and a Principal at Acanthus Advisers. Rachel graduated from the University of Bristol with a BSc in Politics.
