Mr. Rainer Effinger (49, German) joined NORD Holding in 2002. He has been responsible for the fund investment activities since 2006. Prior to NORD Holding, he worked for a consulting firm, as well as a leading German Media Group. In these positions, he was responsible for growth –, restructuring – and M&A projects in Germany and several Eastern European countries. Mr. Effinger holds a Master degree in economics from the university of Bonn.
