Mr. Bakshi is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, negotiating, and monitoring private equity and mezzanine investments. He helps lead Manulife’s co-investment business and the firm’s GP‑led secondaries strategy. Mr. Bakshi joined Manulife in 2002. Previously, he was with KPMG, where he provided valuation and transaction advisory services primarily to private equity investors. Mr. Bakshi holds a bachelor’s degree in Commerce from the University of Toronto and is a CPA, CA, CBV, and CFA charterholder.
