Ralf is the Private Equity Leader for PwC Germany and a Partner in the Deals Tax Group. He also leads PE Tax across EMEA and sits on the Global Deals Tax Leadership Board.

As a certified German tax adviser (“Steuerberater”), Ralf holds a Diploma and Ph.D. in Business Administration as well as a Master of Business Law & Taxation.

Over close to two decades, he has advised private equity houses on the full spectrum of M&A tax matters — from buy-side and sell-side due diligence to transaction structuring, international deals, joint ventures, and reorganisations. His particular strength lies in partnering with PE sponsors throughout the entire deal lifecycle, covering both inbound and outbound transactions.
