Ralf is a Partner in PwC's Deals Tax Group in Germany. He is leading the Private Equity Tax Practice in Germany and EMEA. Ralf is a certified German tax advisor ("Steuerberater"). He holds a Diploma and a Ph.D. in Business Administration and he is a Master of Business Law & Taxation.

Ralf has more than 15 years of experience regarding M&A Tax, including numerous international M&A transactions, joint ventures and reorganizations, focusing on tax due diligence (buy-side as well as sell-side), transaction structuring work and in- as well as outbound deals for private equity houses and corporate buyers.
