Sean Kelly-Rand is a Managing Partner of RD Advisors, a real estate private credit firm focused on small to mid-sized developers/operators in the Greater Boston area. Over the past 8 years, RD has become one of the leading non-bank lenders in their market with over 350 transactions closed to date.Sean brings over 20 years of expertise in real estate finance, banking, and investment in both the US and Europe. He began his career at Lehman Brothers in London and later set up and led the London office for Madison International Realty, a real estate private equity firm. Alongside his institutional investment roles, Sean started a family investment firm to acquire, develop, and manage properties in the Boston area. In 2017, he co-founded RD Advisors with a NYC-based family office, establishing a capital preservation and yield generation approach focused on defensive short-term real estate debt investments.
