Stefan is a Founding Partner at OMMAX, where he advises mid- and large-cap Private Equity funds and large Family Offices on commercial, digital, tech, data, and AI-driven value creation across transactions, strategy, and portfolio acceleration.

At OMMAX, he co-leads the Transaction Advisory team with over 15 years of experience, having led 100+ commercial, digital, tech, and AI due diligences and portfolio projects for leading investors including Advent, EQT, CVC, and KKR. His work spans Consumer & Retail, Healthcare, B2B Services, and Technology.

Stefan is a recognized European thought leader on digital transformation, data monetization, and AI commercialization, regularly contributing to publications such as Handelsblatt, Capital, and The Times. He is a frequent speaker on international stages, bridging technology, AI, and private equity value creation.

Prior to founding OMMAX, he held roles at Rocket Internet and co-founded multiple tech companies. He holds an M.Sc. in Economics from Ludwig-Maximilians-University Munich and a Ph.D. from the University of Bayreuth, with a research focus on digital transformation and data-driven business models.
