Stephanie is head of Private and Growth Equity in Asia Pacific, head of Asia Pacific Private Investing and global co-head and co-chief investment officer of Growth Equity within Goldman Sachs Asset Management. She serves on the Partnership Committee, Asia Pacific Management Committee, Asset Management Corporate Investment Committee, Asset Management Growth Investment Committee, Asset Management Sustainable Investing Group (SIG) Investment Committee, and Asia Pacific Talent Council.
Stephanie initially joined Goldman Sachs in 1995 as an analyst. She worked in the Principal Investment Area in New York and then transferred to Hong Kong in 1997. Stephanie left Goldman Sachs in 1998 to attend graduate school, rejoined the firm as an associate in 2000 and became an executive director in 2003. She was named managing director in 2006 and partner in 2010.
Stephanie is a member of the global Board of Trustees of Asia Society. She also serves on the Board of Governors of the China Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of the Hong Kong Venture Capital and Private Equity Association, the Board of Directors of Save the Children Hong Kong and Honorary Trustees of The Women's Foundation.
Stephanie earned an AB in Biology, summa cum laude, from Harvard College in 1995 and an MBA from Harvard Business School in 2000.
