Stephen Siciliano is a director and head of Private Wealth at Thoma Bravo. Based in New York, he joined the firm in 2026. Before Thoma Bravo, Stephen was a managing director at Brookfield, where he led the private wealth business development and global product strategy functions. Previously, he held a variety of roles at Oaktree Capital, spanning private wealth business and product development, institutional sales and service, and acting as a product specialist across opportunistic credit, private credit and emerging markets equities. Stephen received a B.A. in political science and history from Villanova University.
