Stuart is Co-Head of Europe Private Equity. He originally joined Bain Capital in the portfolio team where he led Bain Capital’s approach to value creation and built extensive experience in partnering with Management teams to drive performance improvement and transformational change. In his time at Bain Capital, he has worked directly on multiple successful investments in the technology, services and industrial sectors. His current role is focussed on strategic, investment and operational leadership of Private Equity in Europe.

Stuart joined Bain Capital in 2007. Prior to joining he was Managing Director UK for Avis Europe and a Partner at Bain & Company in their London Office. Stuart received a BSc in Economics from the University of Bristol.
