After working many years for traditional private equity and hedge funds, Susanne Bregy shifted her focus to impact investing and founded Rhodanus Capital Ltd. in 2012, a London-based impact investing advisory firm.
Since then, she has worked tirelessly to bring impact investing into the mainstream, collaborating with institutional investors, faith based investors, families and family offices, foundations and banks.
From March 2021 to February 2024, she led the Impact Investing department at Phineo gAG, where she and her team focused on Impact Measurement and Management (IMM) and established a private impact investment office. Since February 2024, she has been the Managing Director of the Bundesinitiative Impact Investing e.V. (German Impact Investing Association). Her primary goals remain scaling impact investing in the DACH region and mobilising capital for the urgently needed transformation of the real economy.
Originally from the canton of Valais in Switzerland, Susanne Bregy studied philosophy and business administration in Munich, lived in London and New York, and is now based in Frankfurt.
