Thibault is a Member of the Executive Committee of Ardian, Co-Head & CIO of Buyout and a member of the Buyout Management Committee. He also oversees the Ardian Semiconductor platform initiative.
Thibault joined Ardian in 2001 and has led many successful transactions, notably alongside families and founders. In 2018, he moved to New York to launch the US Buyout group. In 2010, he contributed strongly to the launch of the Ardian Foundation.
Since 2020, he is a also a member of the Board of Trustees of L'Alliance New York, as well as the ESCP Foundation Inclusion & Diversity Committee in Paris.
