Ulrich is a Partner and member of the investment committee of Headway Capital Partners. He is responsible for sourcing, evaluating and executing complex private equity secondary investments. Prior to joining Headway, Ulrich was part of the European Growth Capital team of 3i in Frankfurt and London. Before 3i, Ulrich worked at Calyon Crédit Agricole CIB in the Leveraged Finance department in Frankfurt.

Ulrich received a Master’s degree in Business Administration from Mannheim University, Germany and a Master of Business Administration from Colorado State University, USA. Ulrich is German; he is fluent in English and German.
