Vanessa Zampiga is a Partner and Chief Operating Officer at Blixt Group, where she is a member of the Executive Committee.

Vanessa's career traces a distinctive path from senior legal practitioner to operational and investment leader. She began her career as a transactional lawyer at Bell Gully in New Zealand before moving to Linklaters in London. She then spent more than a decade at JPMorgan Chase Bank where she built extensive experience across financial services and complex cross-border transactions from the early 2000s through the GFC, before moving to the buy-side in 2015. It was through these roles that Vanessa developed both the operational and investment judgment that now underpins her work at Blixt, where her role predominantly involves managing the firm's own growth as an emerging manager.

Vanessa is a Trustee of The Blixt Foundation and, in her personal life, a Trustee of the Galapagos Conservation Trust, a UK charity dedicated to the preservation of the Galapagos Islands.

Vanessa Zampiga holds bachelor’s degrees in Law (honours) and Property from the University of Auckland, and an MA in Theology.
