With over two decades of consulting experience, Victoria has led complex M&A engagements, including carve-outs, post-merger integrations, and large-scale transformation programs. She is recognized for her ability to blend technology enablement with organizational and operating model redesign, ensuring clients realize genuine value creation at the intersection of people and tech.
