Will is Partner on Frontline’s Seed fund, and co-founded the firm in 2012 with an ambition to build a more collaborative approach to funding globally ambitious founders. He has firsthand experience in the pains of getting a company going and growing, and carefully building out a robust and long-lasting leadership team.

Will has led over 25 investments at Frontline, backing founders in a range of industries and geographies, but has a particular interest in mission-driven founders building fintech solutions, and the burgeoning startup ecosystems in the Netherlands and DACH region.

In his early career, Will advised large corporates on which software products to buy, so has deep knowledge of how their purchasing decisions work. He has lived and worked in the U.S., learning about how the world’s best funds operate, and continues to spend a significant portion of his time there to develop investor and corporate relationships for the benefit of Frontline’s portfolio.

When off the clock, Will likes to put his professional chef training into action by cooking up a storm for his friends and family.
