Yaron Zafir is a Managing Director and Head of Secondaries and Capital Solutions at Asante. He has over 20 years of experience working in private equity and venture capital across North America, Europe and Asia, with over 15 years of experience specialising in executing and advising on secondary transactions. Prior to Asante, Yaron was Head of Secondaries and Transactions at Rede Partners, where he founded, built and led the Transactions advisory business for six years. Before that, Yaron co-founded the secondaries deal team for Paul Capital in London where he was a principal investor, and prior to that worked for a technology venture capital investor. Yaron is an acknowledged contributor to the ILPA Guidelines on GP-led Secondary Fund Restructurings and has been a guest speaker on secondaries at London Business School and INSEAD. Yaron holds a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science and Management from Tel Aviv University and an MBA with Distinction from INSEAD.
