Aisha Williams is the Founder and CEO of ImpactVest, an impact-first investment platform purpose-built to channel institutional capital into climate innovation, inclusive economic growth, and other transformative growth areas. ImpactVest originates and structures mission-aligned investment vehicles — including tokenized funds and impact compliance frameworks — that are engineered for regulatory rigor, transparency, and measurable outcomes across global markets.

A U.S. Department of Defense National Security Education Program (NSEP) Scholar and former U.S. Foreign Service Officer, Aisha held diplomatic and economic development roles across Latin America, Africa, Asia, and the Middle East. This global perspective shapes ImpactVest’s approach to capital deployment, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.

She serves as an ESG expert advisor to the European Commission and is a Certified Expert in Sustainable Finance through the Frankfurt School of Finance & Management. Aisha is also a member of the Harvard Business Review Advisory Council and an advocate for expanding institutional access for emerging and diverse fund managers.

At ImpactVest, she leads overall strategy, capital formation, and investor engagement. A frequent speaker on fund tokenization, climate capital, and inclusive LP strategies, she focuses on structuring next-generation capital vehicles that integrate impact targets with institutional-grade performance.
