Mitsuaki Murata is a Investment Officer in Daido Life’s Alternative Investment Department.

He has over 10 years of experience in Alternative investments. He leads Daido’s Private Asset Investment including Private Equity, Infrastructure Equity, Private Debt Investment.

Prior to rejoining Daido Life in 2025, he was a head of Alternative Investments at T&D Asset Management where he covered HF investment and Bank Loan/HY Bond Fund investment. Prior to that, he spent 2 years at Alternative Investment Capital, Japanese gatekeeper, as a Managing Director where he covered Private Asset Investment. He started his professional career at Daido Life Insurance Company where he covered Private Equity, Infrastructure Equity, Project Finance, Leveraged Finance etc.
