Paulina Bialek is a Venture Partner at Capritaur Ventures, a Singapore-based venture debt firm focused on supporting mid-stage, high-growth companies across Southeast Asia.

She has built her career across Europe and Asia in venture capital and entrepreneurship. Prior to joining Capritaur, Paulina worked with Expara, where she invested in early-stage companies and designed and led global acceleration programs. She also founded the Lotus League Foundation, a non-profit dedicated to helping European entrepreneurs and young professionals expand into Southeast Asian markets.

Paulina holds degrees in Finance and Law and combines her investing experience with a passion for building cross-border entrepreneurial ecosystems.
