Rohit is a Vice President on the Investment Research team with a focus on private equity investments. He is involved in all phases of the investment research process including sourcing, due diligence, and monitoring. Prior to joining Aksia in 2023, Rohit was a Senior Associate at CPP Investments (CPPIB), where he was responsible for direct and co-investments across Asia Pacific. Before that he was an Associate on the PE investment team at Baring Private Equity Asia and prior to that at Providence Equity Partners. Rohit started his career with The Boston Consulting Group in India. Rohit graduated from the Indian Institute of Technology with a B.Tech-M.Tech (dual degree in Electrical Engineering) and holds an MBA with high honors from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
