Welcome to the Exhibition Manual for SuperReturn Middle East 2021.
Here you will find the relevant information and forms to complete for the event.

Please ensure you read each section carefully and meet the required deadlines.

- 100-word company profile & EPS logo by return
- Pass registration by Monday 25th October
- Exhibitor declaration by Monday 25th October

YOUR LOGO & PROFILE
If you have not already sent us your company profile please provide the following:
100 word company description plus website address.
Please submit your company profile to Jacob Brettle by return.
Alternatively, please confirm to the same email address if the profile currently online is correct.
This will be used in the electronic networking app.
Please email your logo as an EPS file to Jacob Brettle by return.
YOUR VIRTUAL BOOTH
The virtual booth allows you to connect directly with attendees and is a place for you to display content such as videos, images and documents. Each booth can hold up to 3 videos and 3 PDF documents. Your virtual booth allows you to have:
- Live video conversations when people step into your booth and request a meeting - either one-to-one or in small groups
- Message visitors directly when they enter the booth, using the booth chat function
- Fully branded booth

BUILDING YOUR BOOTH
To build your booth, we will need the following items from you:
- Company logo (JPG/PNG): landscape, 500px wide minimum, any height
- Company profile: 150 words max
- Background image (JPG/PNG): 1920px x 1080px. Exhibitor backgrounds are used behind other content assets - please be aware that other content will sit on top of this background so please avoid any text or logos and use a generic background image
- 3x pre-recorded video files: MP4 format HD resolution 1920px x 1080px
- 10x PDF documents
YOUR PASSES
Details on how to register delegate passes included in your sponsorship contract will follow shortly, passes will need to be registered online and the link will follow. To view the terms and conditions please visit our website here.
Speaker passes do not need to be registered online - they will be automatically registered.
If you require additional passes, please contact Marcia Brissett who will be able to provide a discount code.

Confirm the following and send to Jacob Brettle upon return:
- Website URL link
- Facebook URL link
- LinkedIn URL: It can be a person’s or company’s
- Twitter URL link
- Instagram URL link
- Company phone number
Please ensure you register your event passes using the link provided by Jacob Brettle ASAP.

TIPS FOR BEING A SUSTAINABLE ATTENDEE AT OUR VIRTUAL EVENT
- Reduce the brightness of your screen and remember to hibernate your computer when not in use to help reduce your energy usage
- Make sure you take a break at regular intervals throughout the day. Getting away from your screen for a minute to stretch your legs, staying hydrated and having a healthy snack will improve your ability to get the most out of the event
- When talking to exhibiting companies remember to ask them about the sustainability credentials of their business and their products
- Be aware of our code of conduct and help us ensure a welcoming atmosphere of respect for all
- Consider eating a healthy meat-free lunch during the event, its good for you and for the planet
- Most event resources have been designed to be easily viewed online or via a mobile device so please avoid printing where possible to help reduce paper waste
