Abdullah Deniz joined the Investment Office in 2019 as Project Director. He was also acting as the Head of MENA region while he was following the investment projects received from the Gulf countries and managing promotion & lead generation activities towards the region. In December 2021, Abdullah Deniz was appointed as the Country Advisor of the Investment Office for Qatar. Abdullah Deniz worked in banking and humanitarian sectors prior to joining the Investment Office.

Mr. Deniz holds a BA in International Business from Boğaziçi University. He also graduated from the Development Economics (Master of Science) department at the Doha Institute for Graduate Studies and is doing his PhD in Finance and Economy at Hamad Bin Khalifa University.
