Adam Ladjadj is the Founder and Chairman of the Emirates Family Office Association (EFOA) – the official and sole industry association for family offices in the UAE.

He started his career in London at Chilton Investment Company LLC. He then went on to found several companies in the UK, before relocating to the UAE where he restructured and managed various others.

Following this, his extensive experience across investment and finance led him to secure senior positions with leading family offices in Qatar and, following this, the UAE.

In addition to his role at EFOA, Adam holds a leadership position at Oros Asset Management - an Abu Dhabi-based asset management group - and remains a Special Advisor to a regional Private Office.

Adam holds a BSc in Economics and an MSc in Supply Chain Management from Westminster University, London.
