Aditya Kotibhaskar is the Chief Investment & Financial Officer at Al Khaleej Investment PSC, leading private capital and portfolio strategy for an ADX-listed investment platform active across real estate, credit & equities, and cross-border private markets. With over 25 years’ industry experience — including (more than 18 years in the) GCC, UK, and India — Aditya is recognized for significant regional credit expertise and for building enduring relationships across GPs, LPs, family offices, funds, banks, and sovereigns across Europe, Africa, Middle East & South Asia.

He has deep structuring knowledge and innovative transaction experience for both local sponsors and global investors, executing complex deals in private equity, credit, and hybrids. Prior to Al Khaleej, Aditya established and scaled Mashreq’s capital markets business across 18 countries, and held pivotal investment banking and advisory roles at Trussbridge, Abu Dhabi Islamic Bank, Nomura International, Lehman Brothers, and Actis, advising on leveraged buyouts, syndications and strategic exits. More recently, he has developed strong relationships with regulators including UAE’s SCA and ADX.

An MBA (Private Equity & Entrepreneurship) from London Business School and a ranking Chartered Accountant from India where his foundational years at Arthur Andersen and Ernst & Young gave him global best-practice in audit, advisory, and transaction services.

He is a regular speaker at conferences, debates and roundtables — featured on Bloomberg, LBS panels, and private capital industry summits. He is also a co-founder of two UAE ventures: XellED, an education advisory / technology platform, and Saathi, a women’s empowerment social impact venture.
