Amit Jain serves as the Chief Investment Officer at Gulf Islamic Investments (GII) in Dubai and managing $4B of AUM across PE and RE investments.

He joined GII in 2020 and has 20+ years of global experience across PE, VC, real estate and technology. He has held leadership positions at leading platforms like Joulon (Buy and build platform in partnership with KKR) and Oman Investment Authority (Sovereign Wealth Fund of Oman).

Amit has led and completed 40+ investments across multiple sectors and has played an instrumental role in several exits. He has served on board of serval companies across jurisdiction and have first-hand experience in navigating through cultural diversities.

He has a proven track record in leading investments, building and managing high performing teams, creating buy-and-build platforms, driving business growth, implementing complex restructuring, and executing profitable exits.

Amit is an alumnus of the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT), Kanpur where he completed his undergraduate studies in Computer Science in 2001. He furthered his education by earning a master's degree from INSEAD in 2006.
