Ariella Young began her career as a lawyer at Baker McKenzie in Hong Kong, advising on cross-border M&A and corporate transactions. She later moved into private equity advisory before joining Silicon Valley Bank (now HSBC Innovation Banking) in London as a Senior Vice President, working with tech founders, VCs, and family offices on capital raises and global expansion. Today, Ariella is Director of Ecosystem at Allocator One, a global fund-of-funds investing in emerging venture managers. Based in London, she partners with family offices and institutional LPs to build long-term venture portfolios and foster innovation worldwide.
