Asif Khan is a seasoned investment executive with more than two decades of experience spanning across multiple asset classes in public and private markets, sectors, and geographies. He combines deep expertise in wealth management, investment management, investment banking and entrepreneurship with a strong track record in structuring family offices, optimizing governance frameworks, enhancing efficiency in wealth preservation and growth and planning for succession readiness.

Mr. Khan currently serves as Chief Investment Officer of Action Group Holding (AGH), where he is responsible for leading the group’s global investment strategy, including capital allocation, M&A, and corporate restructuring, as well as managing the family’s private wealth. He is also a member of the firm’s Investment Committee, part of the decision-making on matters of portfolio construction, risk management, and strategic asset allocation. In this role, he guides the evaluation and approval of new investments, monitors performance of existing holdings, and sets the framework for long-term asset allocation in line with the family’s objectives.

Prior to joining AGH, Mr. Khan was the Chief Investment Officer of Astro Holding, the single-family office of the Sayer Al Sayer family in Kuwait, where he directed all investment activities across asset classes. He also led the family holding company of Boodai family in Kuwait before Astro.

Earlier in his career, Mr. Khan spent a decade on Wall Street with Wachovia (now Wells Fargo), Merrill Lynch (now Bank of America), and several boutique investment firms in New York, advising clients on cross-border M&A, capital markets transactions, and alternative investments.

In addition to his leadership in institutional and family offices, Mr. Khan has founded and scaled multiple operating companies across diverse sectors, successfully growing organically and strategic M&A activity. He serves on the board of multiple companies.

Mr. Khan was educated in the New York and currently resides in Kuwait.
